Digital Marketing Executive (Junior)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies, and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic.
  • Manage SEM campaigns on Google.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.

Content Marketing:

  • Develop and manage content marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality content for the website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create engaging content, monitor social media channels, and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers.
  • Segment email lists and personalize email content based on customer behavior and preferences.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use web analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior.
  • Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns for better performance.

Collaborate with Teams:

  • Work closely with the design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) is a plus.

Analytical and Creative Thinking:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with B2B and B2C digital marketing.
  • Certification in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Knowledge of graphic design AI tools (MidJourney, Canva, etc.).
