Salary: 35k to 45k (with the potential for higher compensation based on experience and qualifications.)

Specialization: Laravel (primary), PHP, React, and other web technologies

Responsibilities:

Lead development projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using Laravel for back-end development.
Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js.
Integrate third-party services, APIs, and databases into web applications.
Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and setting best practices for coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and solutions.
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain existing codebases to ensure optimal performance.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes.

Key Qualifications

3-4 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
Strong expertise in Laravel (you must have developed and maintained complex web applications using Laravel).
Proficiency in PHP and React.js.
Solid understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Familiarity with MySQL or other relational databases.
Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud services (AWS or similar) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage and lead projects, from client communication to technical decisions.
